Instead, the conductor wire diameter and shielding technology are more important. ATROUS's USB cable uses high-purity single crystal copper material. Due to the size of the USB connector, the maximum wire diameter can only reach 20AWG (26x0.16 per wire). Most ordinary USB cables are 28AWG. In comparison, the ATROUS USB cable is simply a big rope. The larger the cross-sectional area, the higher the current it can carry, and the better the temperature and voltage it can withstand. The multi-core, thick-diameter solid conductor used in the ATROUS USB cable can achieve the purpose of low impedance, low loss and high conduction.
In order to effectively avoid the influence of the wire insulation layer on the transmission frequency response, the ATROUS USB cable uses natural materials such as silk and cotton cloth, plus two layers of different metal meshes.
